Brief introduction of  Waste Tire Pyrolysis Machine

1. Power: 22kw/hour in total (but it is not every device start at the same time) 

2. Cooling circuit water:50m3/hour (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow, the better the cooling down).

3. Coal for heating: 30KG coal for processing one ton tyre for average.

4. Space for machine: 10m*30m*10m (width*length*height) (the smallest space)

5. Workers shift: 6 to 8 workers which can be divided by two groups 

The reactor : The material of reactor is Q245R boiler steel and the thickness is 16mm. it can convert the material such as waste tyre and plastic into oil gas and waste gas with heating. The outside of reactor is our casing which is special keep-warm device and can save much fuel.
